Assistant HR Marine Manager

As an Assistant HR Marine Manager you are responsible for the smoothly flow of the day to day crewing operations of all vessels of the Fleet Personnel Department. In this position you should have a big social competence, preferably you already gained experiences in a comparable position. You will be responsible (supervision, coordination and control) for all the Fleet Personal Department operations, staff training shore and the internal quality management.
