In view of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking an: 
 
Assistant to the Technical Department 
 
Ideally, our applicant will have completed his/her commercial formation and should be in good command of English as well as common computer software. The ability to work in teams as well as a basic understanding of technical principles are also crucial. Furthermore, the applicant should be prepared to work in the company’s main office in Hamburg. 
 
As the assistant to the Technical Department, we would expect you to support your colleagues in administrative duties and the service of our database. Furthermore, you would coordinate, oversee and bill ship visits and dockings for  inspections and service  personnel as well as manage the correspondence with ships, suppliers and agents.
