The Job:
The position is the ‘bridge’ between our dedicated Account Executives in the field and our global Back Office environment. Key tasks are customer project handling, supporting two Account Executives and customer administration processes. Although this is an office job, you will be travelling with these Account Executives to customers regularly.
We are looking for:
A person with a strong affinity to Internet, E-mail, LAN, VPN, FTP, Business Software Applications.
Service-mindedness, building long terms relationships with our customers, not only by phone but also face to face.
Care for detail, understanding that a simple change can have direct impact on business and private communication solutions on board.
Project administration skills
Fluent in German and English.
Practical (user) knowledge of maritime communication systems is an advantage (Inmarsat/ Iridium/ VSAT/ HF, etc). Apprenticeship as “IT-System-Elektroniker” or electronics technician maritime or similar education is another advantage.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, and closely connected to the small office team.
Willing to travel in the sales region from time to time
